Product Removal and Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) / Amazon Platform
Since 2019, ATIP has successfully assisted in more than 50 cases of product removal, relisting and infringement disputes related to Amazon e-commerce, with an overall success rate of over 95%.

Patent transactions (compound semiconductors)
By analyzing patent content and creating EOUs, we helped our clients find buyers and successfully sold approximately 200 idle patents, while saving maintenance costs for more than 1,700 patents.

Acquisition of patents and obtaining of licenses (packaging materials)
By analyzing the client's overall patent layout, we proactively noticed that foreign manufacturers hold a number of patents that are highly compatible with the client's needs. After detailed communication on the use of patents and future development, the two parties reached an agreement. Our client purchased a portion of patents that were not used by Japanese manufacturers and obtained authorization for another portion of the technology. Ultimately, our client gained a more favorable bargaining chip in the global market competition.
